Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage
- Be returned in their original packaging when possible

We currently offer exchanges for size or item availability.

Returns sent without approval may be refused.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are non-refundable.
